Customer Analytics Specialist | Permanent | £65,000–£75,000 | Hybrid – Surrey

Our client is looking for a Customer Analytics Specialist to turn customer data into clear commercial actions. Working with CRM, Marketing and commercial teams, you’ll analyse behaviour, loyalty, retention and spend, measure campaign impact, and identify opportunities to grow customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer behaviour, purchasing patterns and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve retention, frequency and customer value.
  • Develop customer segmentation and behavioural analysis.
  • Measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, promotions and loyalty activity.
  • Explore acquisition, retention, spend and lifetime value.
  • Turn complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Build reporting and dashboards to track customer and campaign performance.
  • Partner closely with CRM, Marketing, Digital and wider commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Experience analysing customer, CRM, loyalty or transactional data.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Power BI or similar reporting experience.
  • Experience with customer segmentation or behavioural analysis.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to turn analysis into recommendations.
  • Confident communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Loyalty or CRM analytics experience.
  • Marketing campaign measurement.
  • Customer lifetime value, attribution or incrementality.
  • GA4 or digital analytics.
  • A/B testing or experimentation.
  • Exposure to Snowflake, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
