At Sikla UK, we are expanding our team in Milton Keynes and looking for someone who thrives in a technical, fast-paced, and customer-centric environment. If you have a background in sales administration, customer service, or project support - especially within construction, M&E, or industrial supply chains - this role offers you the chance to join a company where your expertise genuinely adds value.
The Role
This position places you at the heart of operations - supporting both commercial activity and technical project execution. You will work closely with our Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams on a wide variety of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, logistics coordination, and technical documentation.
You’ll be joining a supportive team where your ability to understand technical products, coordinate multi-step workflows, and provide proactive service will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business performance.
Your duties and key responsibilities
You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales office by handling:
- Sales & Customer Support
- Managing customer enquiries and providing first-class support
- Processing quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery updates
- Communicating with customers and internal teams to keep information flowing seamlessly

Operational Support
- Supporting project-related documentation and technical queries (training provided)
- Working with ERP systems, CRM, stock data, pricing, and order tracking
- Liaising with other teams to ensure accurate information for site-related orders

Office & Administrative Excellence
- Maintaining records, documentation, and compliance-related files
- Supporting other business administrative tasks, as needed
- Coordinating general office tasks—data entry, reporting, and internal communications
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration, customer service, technical sales support, or order processing
- Experience in B2B environments, ideally in construction, M&E, industrial supplies, or technical products
- Strong ERP knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Interest in technical products or engineering

Working hours
- 8 AM - 5 PM (Mon-Thu)
- 8 AM - 3 PM (Fri)
