About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer & Sales Support Team Leader to join the Keystone Lintels team, where you will support the Customer & Sales Support Manager in leading and developing the Customer Support and Sales Support teams. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient project pipeline management, quotation processing, and high standards of customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and experience within a fast-paced sales support or customer service environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Customer & Sales Support Manager in the day-to-day leadership, development, and performance of the Customer Support and Sales Support teams.
- Lead, coach, and support team members through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing performance development.
- Ensure accurate management of leads, quotations, and customer information within business systems to support efficient sales operations.
- Champion a customer-first approach by ensuring enquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and effectively.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and external sales teams, while supporting customer reporting, administration, and departmental performance updates.
- Provide operational support across team functions, including overseeing daily activities and team performance in the absence of the manager.
- Support the delivery of departmental objectives, ensuring alignment with wider regional and company goals.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will also demonstrate:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to manage your workload and work effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, with strong proficiency in Excel.
- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within customer service, sales support, or a similar environment.
