We're looking for friendly, organised and compassionate Customer Application Specialists to guide customers through the final stage of their life insurance journey. You'll be the reassuring voice that helps families complete their application, making the process smooth, accurate and stress-free. No insurance experience? No problem. What you'll be doing:
- Guide families through their life insurance application over the phone
- Ask sensitive medical and personal questions with confidence, empathy and professionalism
- Accurately complete insurer applications across multiple online systems
- Keep detailed notes to ensure advisers, insurers and customers stay fully informed
- Manage your diary effectively, ensuring every customer receives a great experience
- Build positive relationships with customers, advisers and insurer partners
- Continuously develop your knowledge through training, coaching and quality feedback
- Play your part in helping protect as many families as possible

- Has excellent communication skills and enjoys speaking to people
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload
- Can stay calm while multitasking and working to deadlines
- Has great attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
- Is confident discussing sensitive information with empathy and professionalism
- Enjoys learning new systems and developing new skills
- Loves being part of a supportive, high-performing team
Customer service, administration or telephone-based experience is a bonus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

What's the shift pattern like?
You will work 38.75 hours per week.
Your shifts will be Monday - Thursday, 12pm - 9pm.
Then you would work either Friday, 9am - 6pm or Saturday, 9am - 3pm. This will alternate each week.
