What you'll be doing:
Looking to kick-start your career in tech?
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Easyspace Domain Team as a Customer Assistance Domain Support. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow and build valuable industry knowledge, with full training and support provided from day one.
In this role, you'll help customers manage an important part of their online presence: their domain names. You'll support commercial customers and resellers with registrations, renewals, transfers and billing, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll handle queries via email, live chat and our helpdesk, helping customers resolve issues and delivering an excellent experience.
You'll work alongside experienced technical and sales teams across the UK, giving you exposure to different areas of the business while developing your problem-solving and technical skills. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to investigate issues, manage time-sensitive requests and take ownership of customer cases from start to finish.
As your knowledge grows, you'll gain specialist expertise in domains and internet services, learn about industry regulations and best practices, and play a key role in maintaining secure and compliant processes for our customers.

- Have experience in customer service, administration, finance, compliance, technical support, or another role where organisation, accuracy and problem-solving are key.
- Are a confident communicator who can build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Enjoy learning new systems, processes and technologies.
- Can follow established procedures while using sound judgement to navigate more complex situations.
- Take ownership of tasks and see them through to a successful resolution.
- Stay calm, organised and solution-focused when working under pressure.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality, data protection and information security.

- Enjoy collaborating with different teams to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
- Are excited by the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge and become an expert in the domains industry.

Previous domain industry experience isn't required. We're particularly interested in people with transferable skills from customer service, administration, finance, compliance, technical support, or other fast-paced, process-driven environments. If you're curious, eager to learn, enjoy solving problems and are comfortable using a variety of systems, we'd love to hear from you.
