Job Details

Role: Customer Assistant - Food Section

Hours:

  • Wednesday: 17:30-21:30
  • Friday: 16:00-21:30
  • Saturday: 16:00-21:30

Christmas Hours: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

About the Role: Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. Responsibilities:

  • Passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products.
  • Resilient and committed brand ambassadors ready to confidently recommend and sell our newest food products.
  • Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest.
  • Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and our in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment where everyone works hard and supports each other.
  • Adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store.
