What you’ll be doing

  • Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service
  • Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, or selling our products.
  • Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
  • Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean, and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
  • Building your knowledge of our products, services, and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
