Position Summary:
EOS Derby currently have an opportunity for a Customer Business Executive to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a wide-ranging role and will primarily involve management of key Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives for engine shop visits and Customer Account Management on behalf of EOS. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual to obtain experience within a Customer Business environment.

What you will be doing:
- Ownership of induction readiness activities including Technical Review Committee (TRC) for allocated Customer engines
- Technical liaison & production support
- Engine status reporting and Customer communication
- Management of engine transport
- Build and manage Customer relationships and Customer Satisfaction

- You must be highly motivated and have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly numerate and literate
- Strong business acumen with good attention to detail
- The ability to work in a very challenging environment
- Previous customer or technical experience plus knowledge of maintenance, repair and overhaul would be desirable
The role is full time office based in the EOS facility
