Description
As a Customer Business Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business plans which will accelerate our wellbeing visibility and value growth across our Grocery and Health channel accounts to enable us to become a leading brand in wellbeing drinks. The CBM will support our continued commercial growth and expansion in wellbeing drinks whilst developing and implementing customer plans that will deliver improved revenue and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement exciting customer plans that align to our strategic aims and deliver improved revenue and brand equity.
- Develop creative in store activation aligned to our strategy to support Twinings visibility across all accounts.
- Build collaborative and trusting relationships with customers, finding the opportunities to connect Twinings and retailer strategies.
- Grow network within customers to build relationships that stretch outside of commercial.
- Excellent performance control, analysis, forecast accuracy and relevant course correction in order to deliver commercial and brand objectives.
- Brilliant revenue management to create both short and long term value.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience of working within a FMCG sales environment.
- High levels of tenacity and perseverance.
- Commercially astute with a multi-channel view.
- Highly numerate with great revenue management skills and a value creation mindset.
- High level of personal accountability, great at always finding a way.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Highly organised, flexible, and able to prioritise effectively.
- Persuasive influencer who backs up their rationale with insights and data.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
