As a Customer Business Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business plans which will accelerate our wellbeing visibility and value growth across our grocery accounts and tailored in store activation plans to enable us to become a leading brand in wellbeing drinks.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of customer plans that will deliver improved revenue and brand equity
- Strong performance grip, forecast accuracy and analysis informing relevant and timely course correction
- Collaborative and trusting customer relationships that stretch outside of commercial
- Brilliant revenue management to create long term value
- Develop creative in store activation aligned to the connections strategy to support Twinings wellbeing visibility across all channels
- Brilliant at developing and expanding external relationships finding the opportunities to connect Twinings and retailer strategies
- Excellent performance control, analysis and relevant course correction in order to deliver commercial and brand objectives

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience of working within a FMCG sales environment
- High levels of tenacity and perseverance
- Commercially astute with a multi-channel view
- Highly numerate and great revenue management skills
- High level of personal accountability, great at always finding a way
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
- Persuasive influencer who backs up their rationale with insights and data
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
