Location: Comfort House, Batley

Salary: £25,374.00 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice and helping hand that supports our customers throughout their journey with HSL.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Providing clear, accurate, and helpful information regarding products, orders, deliveries, and aftercare.
  • Resolving customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Working closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • Building positive relationships with customers and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.
  • Keeping customer records up to date and ensuring all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail.
