At HSL Chairs, we've been helping people enjoy greater comfort in their homes for generations. As a proud family-run British business, we believe that great customer experiences start with great people!
Our vision is simple: to change the way people think and feel about comfort. Every day, we help customers find comfort, independence, and confidence in their homes, and our Customer Care team plays a vital role in making that happen.
The Customer Care team is often both the first and last touchpoint in a customer's journey with HSL. Unlike many contact centres, we're not focused on call volumes, targets, or rushing customers through conversations. Every customer contact matters. Every situation is unique. We want every customer to feel genuinely listened to, cared for, and valued, as though they were the only customer you've spoken to that day.
If you're someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in solving problems, and can balance professionalism with empathy, we'd love to hear from you!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
