About The Role
Due to our continued success and our rapid expansion plans in 2026, we are looking for a Contracts Customer Care Advisor to support our growth within Wren Contracts and Social Housing.
In this role, you will manage post-completion aftercare for housebuilders and homeowners, coordinating with internal and subcontracted installers to ensure timely resolutions, meet SLAs, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of aftercare cases from start to resolution
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with housebuilders and homeowners
- Schedule and coordinate aftercare works with installers
- Update customer portals and internal CRM systems within SLA requirements
- Raise and process purchase orders and subcontractor invoices
- Complete general administrative tasks
- Build strong relationships with customers and installation partners
- Identify opportunities to support team and operational growth

About You

- Customer care or kitchen industry experience (desirable)
