About The Role

Due to our continued success and our rapid expansion plans in 2026, we are looking for a Contracts Customer Care Advisor to support our growth within Wren Contracts and Social Housing.

In this role, you will manage post-completion aftercare for housebuilders and homeowners, coordinating with internal and subcontracted installers to ensure timely resolutions, meet SLAs, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of aftercare cases from start to resolution
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with housebuilders and homeowners
  • Schedule and coordinate aftercare works with installers
  • Update customer portals and internal CRM systems within SLA requirements
  • Raise and process purchase orders and subcontractor invoices
  • Complete general administrative tasks
  • Build strong relationships with customers and installation partners
  • Identify opportunities to support team and operational growth

About You

To be successful, you will need:

  • Customer care or kitchen industry experience (desirable)
