Customer Service Advisor (Contact Centre)
Full Time & Part Time Opportunities Available
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Location: Diss, Norfolk
Hybrid working available following successful completion of training and demonstrated performance. No fully remote opportunities available.

We're looking for confident, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Services team.
This is a telephone-focused contact centre role, with customer conversations forming the core part of your day. You'll spend most of your time speaking with customers, resolving queries, solving problems, and delivering a high-quality service experience.
We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy supporting customers, can balance empathy with efficiency, and remain positive and professional in a fast-paced environment. You'll be comfortable handling a continuous flow of customer contacts while ensuring every customer receives the support and attention they need...You'll be the voice of the customer - making sure Leaders are aware of the problems they face and helping us prioritise focusses for change.
Please note: The majority of this role is telephone-based. Candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, solving problems, and delivering efficient service in a busy environment tend to thrive in this position.

What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound customer calls throughout the day in a busy contact centre environment
- Delivering excellent and efficient service on every customer interaction
- Resolving customer queries professionally, accurately, and empathetically
- Managing customer expectations while maintaining quality and productivity standards
- Updating multiple systems accurately while speaking with customers
- Identifying customer pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Sharing feedback and insights that help improve the customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Confidence speaking with customers on the telephone
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to manage back-to-back customer interactions
- Strong IT skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Shift Patterns
Full Time
- Up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Optional Saturday shifts available if preferred
Part Time
- 20 hours per week, Monday to Saturday within opening hours
Flexible Lunch-cover Shifts Available, Including:
- 10am to 3pm
- 11am to 4pm
- 12pm to 5pm
Additional weekend hours are available for those seeking greater flexibility. We're happy to discuss a working pattern that works for you.
