By qualifying, registering, and assigning queries to the most relevant internal departments, our Customer Care professionals play a key role in ensuring our clients feel supported. Thanks to their organizational skills and customer focus, our clients trust that once they've reached out to us, they're in good hands.
We are currently looking for a Customer Care Agent reporting to the Customer Care Manager for LDS business on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This position is based at our Royston site in the UK and requires fluency in English. The role follows a hybrid working model, however, the successful candidate will be expected to be onsite for training during the first couple of months to ensure a successful onboarding experience.

You will be part of a dynamic team that is connected to a larger global organization. You'll interact with customers from various industries and regions, collaborate across borders, and work closely with our factories primarily in the UK.
Primary Responsibilities
As Customer Care Agent you will be responsible mainly for UK customers and some Export area:
- Answering incoming calls and requests
- Supplying customers with information
- Informing customers of pricing
- Processing orders
- Following up on quotes
- Pro-active phone calls to promote our services and increase customer satisfaction
- Supporting and collaborating with other departments and worldwide locations to ensure deadlines are met
- Performing general administrative tasks and supporting operational efficiency
- Assisting with miscellaneous tasks as needed to support business objectives

Professional Qualifications and Personal Skills
- Experience from a sales or service function where customer satisfaction has been paramount
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Additional language skills, particularly German and/or French, would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); SalesForce CRM experience as well as Oracle or SAP is a plus
- Strong team and interpersonal skills
- Task-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible
- Driven by customer satisfaction
- An energetic personality and the ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
