About the Role

The Customer Care role is integral to the business, offering exposure to all aspects of the property industry, including sales, lettings, and property management. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the sector and quickly develop the knowledge and skills needed to build a successful career in estate agency.
Location: Clapham Junction
Hours: Full-time, office-based, working shift patterns of 8am–5pm or 11am–8pm, including two weekend shifts per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Call and book all valuation enquiries received via our website and online portals.
- Answer overflow calls from all offices, handling a wide range of enquiries.
- Monitor and manage Dexter’s webchat, responding to both new and existing client enquiries.
- Contact all new buyers within 24 hours of registration to complete their profile, recommend support services, and identify cross-selling opportunities across sales and lettings.
- Contact new sellers one week after instruction to recommend additional support services.
- Manage and update buyer and valuation leads received from other estate agents within our network.
Requirements
- Work in line with our service goals, ensuring customers never have to ask twice and always know what to expect next.
- Develop strong knowledge of the property industry to confidently assist clients with a wide range of queries.
- Balance excellent customer service with a proactive, sales-oriented approach to promoting third-party services.
- Maintain a positive, “nothing is too much trouble” attitude.
- Work towards and consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask effectively.
