We’re expanding our reception team and are on the lookout for a warm, enthusiastic Customer Care Assistant to be a welcoming face of our new, independent veterinary practice.
As our Customer Care Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of it all—greeting clients and their pets with a smile, managing appointments, answering enquiries with genuine care, and making sure every visit feels smooth and stress-free. This is a varied role where you’ll need to multitask confidently, balancing front-of-house service with essential admin.
