The Opportunity
The role involves direct interaction with our customers, answering queries, making bookings, and presenting additional products. Above all, ensuring all customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities Include
- Interacting with customers on a daily basis through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
- Listening to the customer to understand their needs and providing the appropriate solutions.
- Handling inbound customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Making outbound telephone calls (we do not make cold calls, all leads will be either existing customers or customers who have expressed an interest in our products or services via our website or one of our manufacturer’s).
- Maintaining customer records by tracking interactions and recording details of their enquiries and bookings.
- Working closely with our dealership teams to ensure a consistent and high level of customer service.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate
- A passion for providing an excellent customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- A thorough understanding of our products and services.
- The ability to troubleshoot.
- Accuracy and good attention to detail when listening to customers’ requirements.
- The ability to manage your time effectively.
- Hunger to achieve targets and meet KPIs.
