Company Description

Apollo Clinic Newtown | Saltlake | Vivekananda Road is one of the largest multispeciality medical centers, spanning 25,000 sq. ft. and supported by a team of over 120 specialist consultants. The clinic offers comprehensive services, including an in-house NABL-accredited laboratory and advanced radiology facilities such as 4D USG, X-ray, CT, 1.5T MRI, CBCT, OPG, Dexa-BMD, and Mammogram. An owned pharmacy ensures convenient access to prescribed medications for patients. The center also features a state-of-the-art dental studio with a multi-chair setup and a dedicated team of specialist dental surgeons and implantologists. In addition, specialty services are provided through Apollo Sugar Clinic, Apollo Pain & Laser Clinic, and Cosmetic Dermatology Clinic, offering a wide range of integrated care options.

Role Description

The Customer Care Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Apollo Clinic Newtown. This role involves:

  • Managing registration and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinating with clinical and diagnostic departments to ensure smooth patient flow

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing clear information on services and procedures
  • Supporting billing and payment processes with accuracy
  • Maintaining patient records in clinic systems
  • Addressing feedback or concerns professionally
  • Escalating complex issues when required

The Customer Care Executive will maintain patient records in clinic systems, address feedback or concerns professionally, and escalate complex issues when required. The role also requires close collaboration with medical, administrative, and support teams to uphold high standards of patient experience and service quality.

  • Generate accurate bills for consultations, diagnostics, procedures, packages, and other services
  • Collect payments through cash, card, UPI, and other approved modes
  • Handle daily cash/payment reconciliation and maintain billing records
  • Handle patient queries related to billing and payments
  • Ensure compliance with billing procedures and prevent billing errors/revenue leakage
  • Fluency in English and local languages, with professional telephone and front-desk etiquette
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, or clinic front office operations is preferred
  • Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, maintain confidentiality, and follow established protocols
  • Willingness to work full time on-site in Newtown, with flexibility for shift or weekend duties as required
