Customer Care Advisor - Ipswich - £32,000

Our client, a leading name in their industry, are currently looking to recruit for their Customer Care team. This is a brilliant company with clear progression opportunities looking for people with excellent customer service skills to look after their Hire desk!

Salary: £32,000

Hours: 07:30am-17:00pm (Monday-Friday)

The Role

Operating within the Customer Care team you will be:

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers, advising them on the companies products and services.
  • Processing orders on the companies in house system.
  • Liaising with internal departments like sales and transport to arrange smooth and timely delivery to customers.
  • Managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships, escalating any issues to Management.
  • Taking incoming calls relating to breakdowns, logging jobs on the system, and ensuring they are actioned in line with agreed SLA requirements.

  • Excellent levels of service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to KPI's, and within timelines.
