Customer Care Manager – Southwest London & Midhurst, West Sussex

Southwest London & Midhurst, West Sussex | £55,000 package, including £4,500 car allowance | Hybrid working is available, with home working available after probation

Hunter Dunning is working with a residential developer to appoint a Customer Care Manager across two residential developments in Southwest London and Midhurst. You will oversee quality inspections, handovers, defect resolution and the customer journey across high-end residential conversions.

Your Experience

  • At least 5 years’ relevant management experience
  • Practical knowledge of construction processes
  • Previous team management experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Clean driving licence
  • Housebuilding customer care experience is preferred
  • Experience of listed buildings, site-based construction and cost management would be beneficial
