Customer Care Manager – Southwest London & Midhurst, West Sussex
Southwest London & Midhurst, West Sussex | £55,000 package, including £4,500 car allowance | Hybrid working is available, with home working available after probation
Hunter Dunning is working with a residential developer to appoint a Customer Care Manager across two residential developments in Southwest London and Midhurst. You will oversee quality inspections, handovers, defect resolution and the customer journey across high-end residential conversions.

Your Experience
- At least 5 years’ relevant management experience
- Practical knowledge of construction processes
- Previous team management experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Clean driving licence
- Housebuilding customer care experience is preferred
- Experience of listed buildings, site-based construction and cost management would be beneficial
