We are seeking a Customer Care Manager on behalf of a privately owned House Builder, who is based in South Lincolnshire.
Coming from a Construction background, you will be responsible for the scheduling in of snagging repairs to customers homes, overseeing the work to ensure that a high standard of work is achieved, in a timely fashion. You will be reporting to the Managing Director and due to the nature of the work, be required to possess strong organisational skills as well as polished customer facing skills.
