Role Overview
The Customer Care team ensures home buyers receive the best care following their home buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with SHE policies and procedures
- Manage and supervise the Customer Care office team
- Provide clear guidelines and support to staff
- Ensure continual telephone cover throughout the working day
- Attend weekly internal meetings and produce Action Logs
- Liaise with Construction, Commercial, Technical, and Sales departments
- Utilize administration and IT systems effectively
- Provide management information to the Head of Customer Care
- Act as the first point of escalation for Customer Care Coordinators & Administrators
- Coordinate defect management with the Customer Care Operations Manager
- Manage and resolve service requests efficiently
- Ensure remedial works are completed according to guidelines
- Monitor cost control and use the contra-charge module where appropriate
- Conduct annual and interim PDR’s with Customer Care Coordinators/Administrators
- Promote and act in accordance with Group values, systems, policies, and procedures

- Proven track record in a similar Customer Care role
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Performance and results driven
- Self-disciplined individual with excellent time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds
