Job Title: Customer Care - Processing Coordinator

Location: Outskirts of Royston

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

Working Pattern: Full-time (Office Based)

An established and growing organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care / Processing Coordinator to join its central operations team. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless customer journey, supporting order processing, quotations, and aftersales care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders across retail, homecare, and care home sectors
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations following enquiries and assessments
  • Provide customers with timely updates on delivery schedules and proof of delivery
  • Liaise with third-party warehouse partners to ensure efficient fulfilment
  • Support the sales team with administrative and customer-related tasks
  • Provide product support and guidance over the phone
  • Handle aftersales queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure internal systems are kept up to date

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Understanding of UK geography and ability to plan travel efficiently
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT skills, including experience using internal systems or databases
  • A proactive and positive approach with a strong work ethic
