Customer Care Representative – Outbound

Atos Medical, now part of Coloplast, is a global leader in voice and pulmonary rehabilitation for people living with a neck stoma. We’re proud to design and deliver innovative products and services that support patients, healthcare professionals, and leading institutions.
We’re looking for a caring and motivated individual to join our Customer Care team in Nottingham. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting patients at an important stage in their journey—combining empathy with a results-driven approach.

The Role
As a key member of our Customer Care team, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients following major, life-changing surgery, providing empathetic support, guidance, and tailored solutions to aid their recovery. You’ll:
- Build trusting, meaningful relationships while communicating across phone, email, and text, ensuring each interaction is supportive and effective.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience and manage your own territory to drive growth and revenue.
- Work collaboratively across teams to provide a seamless service.
- Maintain accurate, compliant records and contribute to achieving individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction, conversion, and revenue targets.

Who Are We Looking For
We’re seeking someone with experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer service or telesales, who brings the following qualities:
- A naturally empathetic and sensitive approach, particularly when supporting vulnerable individuals.
- Confident communication with strong listening and relationship-building skills.
- Motivation driven by achieving targets and delivering results.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
- Resilience, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
