I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The Role
In this fast-paced, telephone-based role, you’ll deliver a consistently high standard of service by responding to inbound calls, emails, texts, and online enquiries. You’ll support patients throughout their journey—placing orders, answering questions, and resolving issues in line with service level agreements—while also identifying opportunities to add value and contribute to overall team performance.
Collaboration is key, and you’ll regularly work with cross-functional teams, including field-based colleagues and clinicians, to ensure a seamless experience. You’ll maintain accurate records, handle sensitive information with care, and continuously develop your knowledge of products and services to provide the best possible support.
Who Are We Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a strong customer service background and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. You’ll be an empathetic communicator, confident handling sensitive conversations, and able to build rapport with a wide range of people.
Highly organised and detail-focused, you’ll be comfortable multitasking and using multiple systems, ideally with experience in CRM tools. A positive, resilient, and adaptable mindset is essential, as no two interactions are the same. Experience within a contact centre or medical/pharmaceutical environment would be beneficial, but most importantly, you’ll bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to supporting patients.
