U-Drive Hiring for Central Reservations Team
U-Drive are hiring for a confident and positive communicator to join our busy Central Reservations team for fielding all inbound calls and enquiries to our busy reservations team. This is a fast-paced role which requires someone who can think quickly and provide exceptional customer service under pressure.
As a pivotal member of the U-Drive family, you, as a Customer Care Sales Advisor, will not only champion outstanding customer service but also drive vehicle hire sales to new heights. Dive into a role where your friendly and professional demeanour will shine as you respond to enquiries, generate quotes, and seamlessly transform them into reservations. Elevate the customer experience and contribute to revenue growth through effective sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries with a friendly touch, showcasing professionalism and competence
- Craft accurate quotes based on customer needs and transform enquiries into reservations
- Utilize internal systems to create and process vehicle bookings
- Allocate reservations to the most suitable rental location with finesse
- Provide valuable advice on the best vehicles for customer requirements
- Upsell or downsell, maximizing utilization for each vehicle group
- Boost revenue by promoting additional products that enhance the customer experience
- Accurately input customer information, sales orders, and payments into the system
- Navigate efficiently to identify and route calls to relevant departments or extensions
- Identify sales leads with the potential for additional business generation

Requirements
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:
- Possess a full clean UK driving license
- Embrace a positive "Can Do" attitude that radiates enthusiasm
- Demonstrate excellent telephone manners and strong communication skills
- Effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage time with finesse
- Exhibit problem-solving skills and take ownership of tasks
- Show resilience in handling customer inquiries and complaints
