As a Customer Care Sales Advisor (Inbound)
As a Customer Care Sales Advisor (Inbound), you will play an important part in helping customers find the right vehicle solution while supporting commercial growth through a high-quality reservation experience. This role sits at the point where customer service and sales come together, requiring a professional approach to customer conversations, careful attention to detail, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure enquiries are handled smoothly from first contact through to booking.

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently across phone and reservation channels
- Produce accurate quotes, check availability, and convert enquiries into confirmed reservations
- Use internal systems to create, process, and manage vehicle bookings and payments
- Advise customers on suitable vehicles and promote relevant add-on products to increase revenue
- Route queries to the correct department quickly while identifying sales leads and additional business opportunities
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience handling inbound enquiries and converting leads into bookings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Experience communicating with customers by phone in a confident and professional manner is a plus
- Experience working with reservation teams would be advantageous
