What you will be doing and learning?

  • Delivering outstanding customer service across live chat, email, and social media channels.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints from initial contact through to resolution.
  • Investigate customer concerns and work with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Handle escalated complaints including Financial Ombudsman Service referrals.
  • Manage GDPR and authorised third-party information requests.
  • Provide accurate information relating to Compare the Market products and services.
  • Support continuous improvement of knowledge base content and customer processes.
  • Achieve quality, service, and performance targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
