Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong, long-term relationships? We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team where service excellence sits at the heart of everything they do.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will be the voice of the business - handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is professional, empathetic, and efficient. From processing orders and quotations to managing more complex service cases, you will play a key role in shaping positive customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online portals
  • Handle service and spare parts requests efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare, track, and manage quotations and customer orders
  • Monitor order progress and keep customers informed of delivery timelines
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or issues
  • Collaborate with other internal departments.
  • Record customer feedback and non-conformances to support continuous improvement
  • Manage service cases from creation through to successful resolution
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues in line with internal procedures
  • Measure customer satisfaction and contribute ideas to enhance service quality

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service, order management, or service support role
  • Confidence handling customer enquiries across multiple communication channels
  • Experience preparing quotations, processing orders, and tracking fulfilment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and IT tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Office

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused and empathetic approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, along with experience in customer service or order processing environments, familiarity with CRM and order-tracking systems, and ideally relevant training or qualifications in customer service, business administration, or a related field.
