Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: £26,000 per annum plus 15% Annual Bonus (paid in April 2027)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until April 2027
Overview
We are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist to join a busy and professional customer care team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. This role sits at the heart of service delivery, supporting customers through every stage of their journey and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience.
As the first point of contact, you will represent the business with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, managing enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to build strong and lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Process service requests, quotations, and customer orders accurately
- Track and monitor orders, keeping customers updated on progress and delivery times
- Coordinate with technical teams and internal departments to resolve queries and issues
- Record customer feedback and support continuous improvement of service delivery
- Escalate unresolved issues where necessary and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and case updates

About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A team-focused mindset with a positive and flexible attitude
- Previous experience in a customer service or order management role
Desirable Experience
- Experience processing quotations and managing orders
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP
- Background in customer service, business administration, or a related field
