Are you a people-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Do you enjoy problem-solving and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our dedicated Customer Care team and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible.

The Role

The Customer Care team play a key role in the journey:

  • Info Enquiries - Provide helpful knowledge on the products and delivery procedures.
  • Quotations - Provide a quote quickly following an assessment or enquiry.
  • Order processing - Process order quickly to ensure delivery lead times are met.
  • Updating customer - Update customer on delivery dates (providing PODs).
  • Aftersales Care (tech support/queries) - Deal with any queries or issues quickly and efficiently, to maintain the customer satisfaction we have given previously.

(Includes taking card payments, requiring operatives to be PCI DSS compliant).

As a member of our Customer Care team, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, assistance, and issue resolution.

Your Contribution: Making a Positive Impact

  • Order processing - retail sector, homecare sector, care home sector.
  • Quote processing - retail sector, homecare sector, care home sector.
  • Customer order updates - delivery, proof of deliveries updating on stock.
  • Liaison with 3rd party warehouse partner.
  • Provide support and resources for sales personnel.
  • Over the phone product assistance.

Key Goals and KPIs

  • Be a team player, helping others and providing customer service excellence.
  • Customer feedback is recorded and financial targets are linked.

It is essential that the postholder has:

  • Strong communication (oral and written) and numeracy skills.
  • Effective and confident telephone skills, with an excellent level of English.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team.
