Are you a skilled technician with a passion for helping people stay mobile and independent? We’re looking for a Customer Care / Vehicle Service Technician to join our team, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and minor repairs on mobility vehicles to ensure they remain safe, reliable, and road-ready.
This is a field-based role, carrying out work at customer locations across the UK, the role will also require regular travel to our Bromborough site.
About The Role
What you’ll do:
- Carry out home visits and in-workshop assessments to keep vehicles in top condition
- Perform service checks, repairs, and post-repair road tests
- Support customers with practical, technical, and operational advice
- Maintain accurate records, job cards, and compliance with health, safety, and ISO standards
- Work efficiently, minimising waste and ensuring clear communication with both customers and management
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on knowledge of vehicle repair processes across electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
- A full UK driving licence (essential, due to travel requirements)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and take accountability in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in vehicle repair, mobility solutions, or adaptive vehicles is a plus

Required Criteria
- Practical knowledge of vehicle repair processes
- Familiarity with various vehicle systems including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
- Previous customer service experience may be regarded favourably, emphasising the ability to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- A full, valid driving license is essential due to the need for travel to customer
Right to Work in the UK
Desired Criteria
- Prior experience working with vehicle repairs or conversions
- Experience with adaptive vehicles or mobility solutions
- Certifications from recognised automotive training programs (e.g., NVQ, IMI awards)
