Join the RAC as a Customer Care Expert and use your customer care expertise to make a real difference when members need us most.

If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, handling complex situations with empathy, and turning challenging conversations into positive outcomes, this could be the perfect next step. This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term opportunity based at our Bescot office, Monday to Friday.

As part of our Customer Care team, you'll be trusted to take ownership of member concerns from start to finish. You'll be the person who listens, investigates, resolves, and restores confidence, ensuring every member feels valued, understood, and supported throughout their journey with the RAC.

If you've built strong operational knowledge within VOR and enjoy helping members, this role offers the chance to develop new skills while using the experience you've already gained. You'll gain exposure to complaint handling, FCA-regulated processes, stakeholder management and customer resolution, all while continuing to make a positive impact on members every day.

It's an ideal opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience, strengthen their career pathway and bring their frontline knowledge into a role where it can influence change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
