Job Title: Customer Collaboration Manager

Location: Cumbernauld

Contract and working pattern: Hybrid, permanent

What we’re looking for…

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in how customer relationships are managed across the supply chain, helping to connect internal planning with external service delivery.

As our Customer Collaborations Manager, you will help shape collaborative ways of working with customers and cross-functional teams to support strong service performance, effective launches and promotions, and informed decision-making across the business.

Your responsibilities will include...

  • Act as the primary interface with customers’ supply chains for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain robust short-, medium-, and long-term volume and value forecasts to support the internal S&OP cycle and external service commitments.
  • Build collaborative customer relationships using CPFR principles to plan promotions and launches in a controlled, timely manner.
  • Monitor and continuously improve key service metrics including forecast accuracy, bias, perfect order, load fill, and CCFOT.
  • Develop service level agreements where appropriate to align shared objectives, optimise service, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Partner with Commercial, Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Production, Finance, Customer Support, and Marketing to manage delivery requirements and resolve key account supply chain queries.

What you’ll bring...

  • Degree in a numerical or science-based discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a demand or supply planning, analytical, account management, or relationship management role.
  • Strong foundation in supply chain management principles, with strong working knowledge of S&OP processes and CPFR principles.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Desirable

  • Experience using Oracle Fusion Demand Planning System or JDE business systems.
  • Experience writing SQL code.
  • Experience within the UK retail FMCG sector.
  • Experience using Google Workspace (G-Suite).
