Customer Complaints Administrator | Up to £27,000 | Chichester | Interim Opportunity
Join us here at Nature’s Way Foods as Customer Complaints Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
You'll play an important role in supporting the complaints process from start to finish, ensuring claims are logged accurately, investigations are coordinated effectively, and customers receive clear and timely communication.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, as well as suppliers and customers, you'll help maintain high standards, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
This role is initially offered as a 6 month fixed-term-contract.

Key responsibilities
- Support the Complaints team by accurately logging and processing claims in a timely manner, ensuring all records are maintained to a high standard
- Acknowledge, update and maintain claim information across supplier portals, ensuring data is accurate, complete and up to date
- Raise purchase orders and review invoices for processing, validating details and resolving any discrepancies where required
- Work closely with operational sites to coordinate, prepare and support investigations, gathering relevant information and documentation
- Liaise with customers to obtain additional information, providing a professional and responsive service throughout the claims process
- Analyse customer feedback and investigation findings to help prepare clear, accurate and customer-focused responses
- Run, maintain and distribute reports, providing insight and administrative support to wider business operations and continuous improvement activities
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient resolution of complaints and claims
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures and service level agreements, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail at all times
- Provide flexible administrative and operational support across the team, particularly during periods of high workload, helping to ensure service standards are consistently met

About you
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Detail orientated with great organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Time spent working within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude with a passion for maintaining high standards
