Customer Contact Advisor

Location

Norwich

Salary

£26,000 - £29,000 (Dependant On Experience)

Hours

37 Hours per week.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00

Employment Type

Fixed Term Position - 12 months.

About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Contact Advisor to join the team and be the first point of contact for all enquiries into Norse Care Central Office. Delivering professional customer service and supporting the Customer Relationship Manager with enquiry pipeline management.

As a Customer Contact Advisor for Norse Care you will be expected to have experience in using CRM systems and enquiry logging tools. You will also be skilled in providing clear, compassionate information to families, carers and healthcare professionals. Managing sensitive and complex enquiries with professionalism, empathy and confidentiality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Recording all interactions accurately and promptly into the CRM and ensuring timely follow up.
  • Coordinating basic administrative tasks such as information packs and updates.
  • Supporting production of enquiry and occupancy reports.
  • Booking tours, assessments and appointments for home managers.
  • Preparing documentation for admissions and move ins.

About You

  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Empathy, calmness and professionalism when supporting residents families.
  • Handling sensitive customer enquiries professionally and confidentially.
  • Strong IT and CRM skills with the ability to navigate systems effectively and maintain accurate confidential records.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple enquiries with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Experience working with operational or customer facing teams.
