Paragon Health & Protection is looking for confident, motivated, and resilient Customer Contact Advisors to join our growing team in Maidstone.
This is a high-energy outbound role for people who are comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, and creating opportunities.
You don’t need insurance experience. Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound telephone work is important, but previous private medical insurance experience is not required.

This role won’t suit everyone.
Cold calling requires resilience. You’ll hear “no” far more often than “yes”, so we’re looking for people who can take rejection in their stride, remain positive, and move confidently onto the next conversation.

Salary & benefits
- £25,000 basic salary with £30,000–£49,000 on-target earnings, alongside:

Working hours
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am–4:00pm
This is a fully office-based position in our office based in Maidstone.
