About The Role
As a Customer Data Analyst, you’ll turn data into meaningful insight that drives real business impact. Sitting at the heart of our Customer, Ecommerce and Marketing functions, you’ll use data to shape smarter decisions, stronger campaigns and better customer outcomes.
You’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end, working with semi-structured data to uncover trends, answer key business questions and influence strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and delivering analysis that goes beyond reporting to provide clear, actionable “so what” insights
- Writing efficient, scalable SQL to unlock value from complex datasets
- Applying structured analytical thinking to solve problems with minimal direction
- Designing and building intuitive Power BI dashboards that bring data to life for stakeholders
- Using testing and measurement techniques to evaluate performance and optimise campaigns
- Ensuring data accuracy by understanding and managing data lineage end-to-end
- Identifying data challenges and proactively improving data quality and reliability
- Creating clear, accessible documentation so work can be easily reused and scaled
- Partnering with Ecommerce and Marketing stakeholders to support decision making and performance
About You
You’re a curious, commercially minded analyst who enjoys digging into data and uncovering the story behind it. You’re confident working independently, but equally comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to drive impact.
You bring both technical expertise and a strong understanding of how data supports real business decisions.

What You’ll Bring
- Strong SQL skills, with experience writing complex queries in a commercial environment
- A solid understanding of analytics, testing and statistical methods
- Experience translating data into clear, engaging insights using tools like Power BI
- The ability to communicate complex findings in a simple, compelling way
- Experience working with semi-structured data, ideally in a retail or B2C environment
- A proactive approach to problem solving, with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence
- A natural curiosity and desire to understand the “why” behind the data
- A mindset of continuous improvement, always looking to develop and add more value
