Enso Recruitment are delighted to be working with an innovative, data-driven technology organisation who are continuing to grow their Belfast team.
They are now seeking a Customer Data Analyst to support the ongoing delivery and optimisation of their customer-focused platform and data services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis, and working closely with both customers and technical teams within a collaborative, product-focused environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll work with bespoke data and analytics tooling to review, assess, and improve platform outputs across multiple customer environments.
This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, customer delivery, and product improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys identifying patterns, improving outcomes, and helping ensure customers receive a high-quality service.
You’ll play a key role in bridging internal technical teams and customer stakeholders, helping drive improvements across data quality, predictive outputs, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess system outputs, alerts, and predictive behaviours across customer environments
- Analyse data trends and identify opportunities to improve platform performance and outputs
- Support the creation and refinement of models, rules, and behaviours within internal tooling
- Carry out data quality assessment and cleansing activities
- Prepare internal and customer-facing reports relating to service delivery and platform performance
- Communicate issues, trends, and improvement opportunities across internal teams
- Raise and manage tickets relating to product improvements and operational changes
- Support ongoing enhancements across tooling, workflows, and data processes
- Collaborate with technical and customer-facing teams to ensure high service standards are maintained

About You
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data analysis and interpretation
- Comfortable reviewing graphs, trends, and behavioural outputs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a technical environment
