Job Description

Join Ligentia!

We’re on a mission to move away from fragmented, manual reporting and create a standardised, global "single source of truth" for customer data.

We’re looking for an adaptable and dynamic analyst to join our Global Customer Team; this is a high-impact role where you will help design and launch our first global reporting framework. Your expertise will transform our data landscape, automating complex processes and empowering our Customer Experience teams to shift their focus from manual data entry to high-value strategic growth and customer retention.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between backend data depth and frontend user experience. We need someone who can perform deep-dive data interrogation to uncover the meaningful story behind the numbers, while simultaneously mastering the art of visual storytelling by building high-end, customer-facing dashboards that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Your Role

  • Global Alignment: Implement standardised dashboards and KPI frameworks across the UK, Australia, Poland, and the Netherlands within your first 12 months.
  • End-to-End Dashboard Design: Own the full lifecycle of reporting, ensuring data integrity on the back-end and an intuitive, exceptional UI/UX on the front-end.
  • Data Integrity: Serve as the strategic lead for data requests to ensure global consistency and promote efficient, automated reporting habits.
  • Innovation & AI: Leverage advanced analytics and AI to automate recurring reports, identifying meaningful efficiency gains for our global customers.
  • Professional Storytelling: Translate complex operational data into clear, professional narratives for high-level customer business reviews.
  • Collaborative Development: Partner with our Data Engineering team to help build and refine a modern, scalable tech stack.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
