Customer Data Integration Specialist
Remarque Systems is looking for a Customer Data Integration Specialist to join our Clinical Technologies team.
Remarque Systems is a clinical technology company that is passionate about improving drug development using cutting-edge software. Remarque is designed to simplify study management and propel innovation by consolidating data and support strategic decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing
The CDIS will be responsible for:
- Supporting customers in the setup of the Remarque System
- Working with product specialists to identify client data and data sources for intake into the RSP
- Assisting with recognizing study risks and helping evaluate risk profiles with customers
- Actively supporting our customer base for all integration needs
- Carrying out client engagement, study setup, system design, and development as required by the company
- Assisting Product Support in monitoring and handling support requests
- Providing feedback to the development team on the RSP, especially the data ingest toolsets
- Providing interaction with customers in a manner that supports the company’s culture, mission, and values

What We Are Searching For:

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a similar field
- 5+ years’ experience working with clinical data information technology and trial execution, including but not limited to experience with clinical trial protocol development, study risk analysis, data management, and trial monitoring
- Understanding of SQL required to enable building of custom metrics where needed
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technology quickly, proficiency with general computer hardware and software
- A disciplined self-starter, an excellent team player, collaborative, and able to encourage effectiveness and efficiency
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Is customer service focused in approach to work both internally and externally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
