Turn customer data into experiences that feel unmistakably Aston Martin.

At Aston Martin, extraordinary customer experiences begin with understanding people. As our CDP Lead, you will help shape how first-party customer data is brought together, understood and activated, helping us create more relevant, personal and premium experiences at every stage of the customer journey.

Sitting within the Performance Marketing team, this is a high-impact role for someone who can combine strong customer and marketing understanding with practical experience of Customer Data Platforms. You will help maximise how we use Salesforce Data Cloud, turning complex customer data into clear commercial opportunities and bringing Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, Data and Compliance together around one connected view of the customer.

You will lead our audience strategy from end to end, defining meaningful customer segments and ensuring they can be activated across campaigns, channels and journeys. A key part of the role will be translating marketing and customer experience requirements into usable audiences within Data Cloud – understanding who we want to reach, defining the right criteria, creating and validating segments and ensuring they can be deployed effectively across Salesforce and our wider marketing ecosystem.

As part of the Customer Experience team, you will help create and optimise audience-led experiences that deepen engagement and deliver measurable value. You will support targeting across areas such as acquisition, retention, lifecycle communications, model interest, customer ownership and event engagement, helping teams use customer data in a more relevant and intelligent way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Working closely with IT, Data and our implementation partners, you will represent the Marketing and Customer Experience requirements for Data Cloud and help shape its ongoing development roadmap. You will become the organisation’s go-to voice for the use of Data Cloud within Marketing and Customer Experience. Whether you are translating an ambiguous marketing challenge into a practical audience, shaping campaign targeting, helping teams understand what customer data is available or strengthening data literacy, you will give teams the clarity and confidence to make better decisions.

You will already have strong experience using a Customer Data Platform to create, manage and activate customer audiences, together with a deep understanding of customer segmentation, audience strategy and the activation of first-party data. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is strongly preferred.

You will know how to turn data into clear recommendations that improve customer engagement and commercial performance, and you will be confident influencing stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, Data and Compliance. You do not need to be a data engineer or developer, but you will be comfortable understanding how customer data is structured, identifying what is required to create effective audiences and working with technical teams to resolve data or platform challenges.

A practical understanding of data governance, customer data best practice and responsible data use will be important. Experience in automotive, retail, luxury or another highly customer-focused environment would add real value, as would experience managing agencies or specialist partners.
