12 WEEK FIXED TERM CONTRACT
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the delivery of excellent service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities in Customer Service and Delivery
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
- Assist with the smooth delivery of products to customers, supporting drivers and team members as required.
- Handle customer queries in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the telephone.
- Support the team in managing deliveries, helping with loading, unloading, and checking products.
- Monitor delivery schedules and communicate effectively with the wider team to ensure timely completion.

Skills and Experience for Success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or delivery role is desirable but not essential.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.

Requirements for the Customer Delivery Assistant Role
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts including weekends, as required by business needs.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- A friendly and approachable manner suitable for customer-facing responsibilities.
- Experience of working as part of a delivery crew.
