Customer Delivery Partner

Location: Bradford, Yorkshire (with future co-location at a client site in Leeds)
Salary: up to £30,000
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday

Are you organised, detail-driven and passionate about delivering great customer outcomes? Do you enjoy working at the heart of operations, where no two days are the same?

We’re looking for a Customer Delivery Partner to join our growing team, supporting a key client and playing a vital role in ensuring work is set up right first time. You’ll act as a trusted link between the client, planning teams and field operations, helping to keep work flowing smoothly and customers informed at every stage.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Delivery Partner you’ll be central to making sure work is set up right first time. You’ll act as a key link between the client, planning teams and field operations—helping ensure accurate information, efficient scheduling and positive customer outcomes.

You’ll:

  • Be a main point of contact for the client, supporting clear communication and strong working relationships.
  • Review and validate work requests, ensuring everything is ready to progress smoothly.
  • Proactively resolve missing or unclear information to avoid delays and rework.
  • Track trends and quality in work promotion, helping identify improvements and solutions.
  • Support customer queries and escalations, working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records within works management systems.
  • Contribute to meetings, projects and improvement initiatives that help drive operational performance.

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from people who:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a “right first time” mindset.
  • Are confident communicators with a strong customer focus.
  • Can prioritise effectively and make decisions under pressure.
  • Are organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Have good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Experience in the utilities sector, wastewater operations, or managing work involving customer access and traffic management is a plus—but not essential. We’re more interested in your attitude, capability and potential to grow.
