Customer Demand Manager
Biotiful Gut Health | Hammersmith, London (3 days office based)
Help Shape the Growth of the UK's Leading Gut Health Brand
Biotiful is the UK's number one kefir brand and one of the fastest-growing names in FMCG. As consumer demand for gut health products continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Demand Manager to play a key role in ensuring our products are available on shelf, at the right time, in the right quantities.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business where your decisions directly influence customer service, product availability, waste reduction, and commercial success. You'll work closely with major UK retailers, commercial teams, supply planning, and production partners to turn demand signals into clear, accurate forecasts that drive the business forward.
What You'll Be Doing
As Customer Demand Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the demand planning process across the Biotiful portfolio and creating reliable forecasts that support both customers and the wider business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all products.
- Working closely with major UK retailers to understand promotions, range reviews, and volume-driving activities.
- Developing accurate forecasts that support excellent customer service while minimizing waste.
- Partnering with supply planning teams to identify and communicate supply risks early.
- Supporting new product launches and managing product phase-ins and phase-outs within the forecasting process.
- Analysing forecast performance and driving continuous improvement.
- Preparing and presenting demand and forecasting insights to both internal stakeholders and customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
