The Regional Customer Demand Marketing Executive supports the growth of our existing customer base by helping to generate cross-sell and upsell pipeline across the full product portfolio within a defined region: Americas, APAC, China, Europe, or MEA.

This is a commercially focused marketing role, providing hands-on support across campaign execution, customer targeting, content, digital activity, reporting and optimisation. The successful candidate will use customer insight and data to help identify expansion opportunities and deliver campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Identify – Customer Insight & Opportunities

  • Conduct whitespace analysis to uncover cross-sell, upsell, and product adoption opportunities.
  • Support customer segmentation, target account list creation, and CRM data accuracy.
  • Research customer needs, buying triggers, and share campaign insights with commercial teams.

Plan – Campaign & Marketing Activity

  • Maintain the regional customer campaign planner across email, paid media, events, social, and content.
  • Help plan integrated funnel campaigns, nurture programs, product launches, and feature releases.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery.

Execute – Campaign Delivery

  • Manage day-to-day execution of customer demand generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Content, Digital, and Creative teams to build emails, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Maintain campaign schedules while ensuring brand consistency and messaging accuracy.

Support – Sales & Customer Experience

  • Partner with Sales, SDRs, and CX to align marketing activity with customer growth targets.
  • Equip sales teams with campaign details, target lists, enablement materials, and case studies.
  • Gather feedback from frontline teams to continuously refine targeting and follow-up efforts.

Measure – Performance & Optimisation

  • Track and report on key metrics: engagement, leads, pipeline contribution, conversion, and ROI.
  • Run tests across audiences, messaging, and channels to optimise campaign performance.
  • Maintain clean attribution data in CRM systems and share best practices with the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
