As a Customer Development Executive (OOH) you will develop and implement comprehensive business plans which will accelerate our well being visibility and value growth across specific OOH customers and channels with tailored in outlet activation plans to enable us to become a leading brand in wellbeing drinks.

Key Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of customer plans to target growth from existing and new business opportunities that will deliver improved revenue, profit and brand equity
- Good performance grip, forecast accuracy and analysis informing relevant and timely course correction
- Collaborative and trusting customer relationships with selected End Users and RTM wholesaler contacts
- Deliver creative in outlet activation aligned to the connections strategy to support Twinings well being visibility across all channels
- Deliver an improved wellbeing focussed consumer experience in our core OOH Customers
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- High levels of tenacity and perseverance & demonstrates a positive growth mindset
- Commercially astute with a multi-customer view
- Highly numerate and good revenue management skills
- High level of personal accountability, great at always finding creative new ways
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
