Purpose (Vision Statement)
This role will support in the delivery of a winning channel strategy and plans, via outstanding customer relationships, working in the contract catering space.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains a schedule of distribution contacts and plans for contract renewals whilst supporting in assessment of the route to market and understands profit impacts of these changes
- Implements communications with key customers to ensure the business is a key account
- Takes personal ownership of the results for the customers, taking accountability for the full P&L and all other aspects of performance
- Fully integrates with the organisation to positively develop team dynamics and ensure best practise

- Experience of P&L management
- Good understanding of the value chain which will support in contract and ongoing negotiations to maximise profit
- Knowledge of implementing pricing plans as part of annual operating
- Great time-management skills to balance time between office, home-working and in-market to maximise team contributions
